Win-Win Testimonials
Misty Ryan: 4th Grade Teacher, Valley View Community School
“My class really enjoyed it and had insightful comments and good questions in our post-discussion. As a teacher, I am so impressed that you were able to offer a non-commercial, relevant program to my class. There were no glitches, and it was quick and simple to sign up. No meetings - no permission slips - no strings attached. I sincerely appreciate this program and, as a citizen, give a huge pat on the back to the City for devoting their time and funding to something that has such far-reaching benefit.”

Sara Toyoda: Environmental Programs Coordinator, City of Indio
“The principal from one of the schools came to the City Council meeting to thank them for sponsoring such great shows. She said some of the first graders, on their own initiative, asked if they could spend their recess picking up litter on the playground after the show. Wow. I thought the students really got something out of it and learned about doing something for the environment. I think its one of the few shows students will take home and take action after.”

Dana Armstrong: Environmental Programs Manager, City of Victorville
“We had The EcoHero Show go to 10 elementary schools in a week. The show was amazing–kids really enjoyed it–a lot of student participation. In one week, the show brought environmental message to about 8,000 Victorville kids. I was really pleased with the performances, and I could see the kids were engaged. I noticed a number of Victorville kids have since commented on their videos on YouTube, so I know they made a big impression.”

Donna Leslie: Staff Assistant, City of Fresno
“It was nice meeting you and your team. I have to tell you... we were impressed by the content of the show... not just the character you created, but the messaging, education and music as well. We are going to try and get our Assistant Director and maybe the Public Utilities Director to come out to a show, so they can see the great job you are doing in educating the students about recycling and keeping our environment clean. Way to Go... Eco Hero!”

Let’s Go Eco Read/Rap-Along Book Series
- Our children’s book series was created to make literacy engaging, memorable, and accessible for elementary students by combining rhythm, storytelling, and movement. Topics range from anti littering, preventing food waste to energy and water efficiency.
- Created by Mr. Eco and Eco Sistah, the series follows the EcoHeroes and their sidekicks—Rey Verde, Sustainabelle, and Lil Eco—as they go on story-driven adventures to overcome villains while learning about environmental responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Each book is written in a rhythmic, call-and-response style that supports reading fluency, comprehension, and student participation—making it especially effective for read-alouds, shared reading, and whole-group instruction.
- Every title is available as a read/rap-along audiobook and video, where the characters come to life on screen, allowing students to see, hear, and move along with the text.
